We ensure the stewardship of your accommodation once a week

  • Retrieving mail in your mailbox every time you pass

  • Check for Internet connections and alarms so that you can continue to ensure your controls if you have remote video monitoring for example

  • General inspection of your interior (water/electricity...) to avoid water damage or electrical problems and to check the proper functioning of all your devices

  • Checking the status of your safes

  • Intervention to limit an internal disorder (water damage, etc.) and alerts of tenants or owners

  • Regular ventilation of the housing in the prevention of any ambient humidity

Optional in this formula CLIC WEEK

On the way : we collect your vehicle within 24 hours in the parking lot you have booked and bring it back to your home (garage or parking place obligatory at your home).

On return : we bring your vehicle to the airport before your arrival in the parking lot you have booked in advance.

Please note : you must reserve a 24-hour car park on the way and return and give us a double of the keys of your vehicle by giving us the address of the parking where it is parked.

We will return your vehicle to your home within 24 hours of your departure and we will park your vehicle in the desired parking lot before your arrival (24 hours before MAX).

  • Swimming pool : checking the quality of bathing water and corrections on agreement 

  • Plants and gardens : watering at each passage of indoor plants and activation of outdoor watering systems if needed.

  • Pool cleaning option : cleaning the surface and bottom of your pool to prepare for your arrival or just to ensure a punctual maintenance. (material not supplied)

  • Housekeeping option : intervention of a cleaning team for your arrival or departure (depending on the surface of your dwelling)

  • House linen option : cleaning, ironing and storing your linens before your arrival or after your departure

  • Gourmet basket option : meals containing a few necessities on late or unscheduled arrivals 

  • Vehicle parking option : provision of your vehicle in the parking lot you have chosen.
