We ensure the stewardship of your accommodation once a week

  • Checking Internet connections and alarms so you can continue to ensure your controls if you have remote video monitoring for example

  • General Inspection of your interior (water/electricity...) to avoid water damage or electrical problems and to check the proper functioning of all your devices

  • Checking the condition of your safes

  • Intervention for conservatory measures during internal disturbance (water damage, etc.) and alerts of tenants or owners and contact of providers with agreement to limit any damage

  • Regular ventilation of the housing in the prevention of any ambient humidity

INTERIOR CONTROL

  • Service retrieval of your mail and parcels to simulate your presence

  • Scanning and forwarding in your Inbox mail or any personal document that you would like to send urgently

  • Renovations: Search of local providers, obtaining and negotiation of quotations, follow-up of work, report of the work in progress (if + 1 h per month of intervention on site: Hourly rate, you must reserve your additional interventions in Option

  • On the way : we collect your vehicle within 24 hours in the parking lot you have booked and take it back to your home (garage or parking place obligatory in your home).

  • On the way back : we bring your vehicle to the airport before you arrive in the parking lot that you have booked in advance.

Attention: You must reserve a 24-hour parking lot on the way and return and give us a double of keys of your vehicle indicating the address of the parking where it is parked.

We repatriate your vehicle to your home within a maximum of 24 hours following your departure and we park your vehicle in the desired parking lot before your arrival (24 hours before Max).
